A single-speed pump that still works
Pumps outlast their efficiency. A motor from before energy rating labels will keep running for years while costing far more per quarter than a current one.
"Still works" is not the same as "worth keeping". The cost is invisible because it arrives on a power bill rather than as a failure.
We work out what yours costs to run and what a variable-speed replacement would save on your pool, then give you the realistic payback period — not a brochure figure. Sometimes the answer is that it will get through another season, and we will say so.
